Ofcom Friday published a statement modifying BT and KCOM’s performance reporting requirements under the broadband universal service obligation (USO).
As the designated providers for delivering the USO, BT and KCOM are required to provide us with the information we need to monitor their compliance with their regulatory obligations.
We have made a minor amendment to the time periods when BT and KCOM must provide this information, to align them with existing reporting timescales.
