IDC India announced the winners of the seventh annual IDC Industry Insights Innovation Awards 2020 (IDCIIA 2020) honoring the technology leaders of India.
IDC Industry Insights Innovation Awards programme recognizes the achievements of Indian technology leaders who are leveraging digital technology to innovate and deliver business benefits. IDCIIA 2020 Winners include tech leaders from across verticals in three categories – Excellence in Operations; Excellence in Omni-Experience; and Excellence in Data Intelligence. IDC also announced a Special Award for Business Continuity and Resiliency for a project that mirrors this year’s theme of ‘Resiliency and Innovation: Surviving and Thriving’.
“2020 has seen technology come to the fore – firstly in technology-powered business resiliency, and now about how to operate in the next normal – technology-powered innovation. As COVID-19 impacted, every business had to act fast to continue operations, whether it be enabling work from home, digitally enabled customer engagement or physical and digital automation. The many nominations we received for the awards this year demonstrate how technology has been embedded in all business processes, and digital transformation has become front and center of the business strategy,” says Managing Director, IDC Insights Asia/Pacific Dr. Chris Holmes while announcing the winners for this year.
