Roberto Viola, Helen Nissenbaum To Keynote IIC/BEREC Forum In May

The International Institute of Communications(IIC) Lynn Robinson has unveiled keynote speakers for the International Institute of Communications/Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications(IIC/BEREC) Forum holding next month.  They include the Director-General, DG Connect at the European Commission and  Professor of Information Science at Cornell Tech and  Director, Digital Life Initiative, Dr. Helen Nissenbaum.

The event holds online between Wednesday 26 – Thursday 27 May, 2021 as scheduled below:

26 May 1300-1700 CEST / 1200-1600 BST

27 May  0900-1300 CEST / 0800-1200 BST

The webinar is coming under the theme: Building Back Better – Europe’s Post-COVID Digital Future

Strengthening Europe’s digital communications capability, resilience and inclusivity

“Registrations are coming in thick and fast for the biennial IIC/BEREC Forum next month and we are looking forward to thought-provoking debate and sharing of new ideas from a wide range of perspectives,” stated the Director-General, IIC, Lynn Robinson, in a communication sighted by CyberEra NG.

According to the IIC/BEREC organisers, the expert speaker list is growing  and as at press time, latest confirmations include:
