The SVOD is available in the country via leading K-content platform TVING, with existing subscribers gaining access to Paramount+ content at no additional cost.

High-profile titles streaming exclusively on Paramount+ includes originals like Halo and Yellowjackets, along with classic movie titles including The Godfather and Top Gun.

The launch is part of a strategic global partnership between Paramount Global and CJ ENM that includes content licensing and distribution across Paramount+ and TVING, as well as seven Korean original series including sci-fi drama series Yonder which will premiere later this year.

Executive vice president and managing director, Central & Northern Europe and Asia, Paramount, Mark Specht said: “The launch of Paramount+ in Korea with TVING marks a pivotal moment in our expansion, as we introduce our premium streaming service to Asia.
