The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued notice to Sanabil Garden Housing Scheme located in Zone-4, Bahria Enclave Islamabad, to refrain from social media/Facebook marketing.
The notice stated that the society is being marketed and advertised by Al Safa Marketing Islamabad, which is ordered to stop all such campaigns since the society does not hold any prior approval and NOC from CDA.
Furthermore, the notice also added that the advertisement and marketing of illegal/unauthorized housing scheme is being carried out in contravention of the provisions of CDA Ordinance 1960, ICT Zoning Regulation 1992 (amended in 2010), and Islamabad Capital Territory Building Control Regulations, 2020.
Additionally, the CDA has therefore warned to immediately stop making any publicity, marketing, sale of plots, or making any type of construction in this illegal and unauthorized housing scheme.
Besides, the civic body has also prompted strict legal action upon non-compliance, while Deputy Commissioner Islamabad has also been urged to issue necessary direction to concerned magistrates to initiate the action.
