Following the floods, which occurred from May 1, 2023 in various municipalities of Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Marche, TIM has informed its fixed network customers that it has voluntarily made available a series of facilities to support the population involved.

The actions implemented will be made available to customers holding TIM fixed lines located in the areas of the municipalities affected by the state of emergency, referred to in Annex 1 of Law Decree no. 61 of 1 June 2023.

The aforementioned customers will benefit from the temporary suspension of billing for cases of technical disservice or ascertained unusability of the property, resulting from the aforementioned flood events. For any invoices already issued, whose payment terms have expired or, in any case, are about to expire, TIM is available to apply any extensions of the same.

It will also be possible to benefit free of charge from the following services/benefits:

• moving the line to and from the subsequent return to the uninhabitable house;
• termination of the line; I take over.
