Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. has announced that further to its press release announcing the revocation of the cease-trade order dated August 4, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange has lifted the trading halt imposed on the Company’s common shares in connection with the CTO.
The Common Shares are expected to resume trading on the facilities of the TSXV at the open of market on August 11, 2023.
