Achieving gender parity in boardrooms is not just an ideal— it’s a necessity for better business outcomes, smarter decision-making, and driving innovation. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development(EBRD) aims to train and empower women in business to take a seat at the boardroom table, ensuring that their voice contributes to shaping the future of corporate leadership.
The ’Managing Dynamics in the Boardroom’ online training is part of the EBRD’s wider Programme supporting the Women on Boards ecosystem in Romania. The Programme aims support women in business with the experience and education to advance into senior roles, including those currently in leadership or transitioning to non-executive positions, as well as entrepreneurs managing SMEs who aim to professionalize their governance.
The event is jointly organized by the EBRD and Endeavor Romania, with the support of Banca Transilvania, Deloitte Romania, PWN Romania and Envisia. The EBRD Women on Boards Programme in Romania is funded by EBRD’s Small Business Impact Fund (Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, US, TaiwanBusiness – EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund).
