Preparations for a half-day conference to help cement a stronger recovery and reconstruction in Ukraine have reached an advanced stage.
Built for June 23, 2023, the high profile event will take place 08.45-14.30 UK time at the headquarters of the EBRD on the margins of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London to showcase Ukraine’s financial integrity and transparency efforts.
It will bring together officials from governments, donor agencies, as well civil society, to discuss how Ukraine can prepare for a process of recovery and reconstruction that promotes digitalisation, strong governance, transparency and integrity. It will also explore questions related to the management of state property and issues concerning corporate governance of state owned enterprises (SOEs).
The conference is co-hosted by German Marshall Fund of the United States, USAID Support to Anti-Corruption Champion Institutions, RISE Ukraine Coalition, the EBRD, Transparency International (TI) Ukraine and TI UK , and supported by the EBRD’s Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union).
