Lodestone Adds Security Veteran Francisco Donoso As Chief Technology Officer
A global cyber security firm specializing in incident response, digital forensics, offensive security, and threat detection Lodestone Security, LLC (Lodestone —has announced that it has named Francisco Donoso as its chief technology officer.

Donoso, a 15-year cybersecurity industry veteran, has deep expertise in offensive security, attacker tactics and methods, and digital forensics. He will lead the company’s technical strategy and guide the development of new products and services that expand the company’s offering portfolio and value proposition.

Donoso joins Lodestone from Kudelski Security, a Swiss-based cybersecurity solutions provider, where he was most recently vice president of product management. Prior roles at Kudelski include vice president of Security Strategy and Platforms, senior director of Global Security Strategy, and lead architect for the company’s managed security services. Other relevant experiences include being a senior security DevOps engineer for Randori, an attack surface management and Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) platform that was recently acquired by IBM, as well as security engineering roles at FishNet Security, Secureworks, BEW Global, and Trustwave.

Donoso joins Lodestone at a pivotable time, with the company gearing up to expand its scope and focus on new cybersecurity products and services. On April 17, Lodestone added Darrell Switzer as vice president of professional services; on May 3, 2023 Alton Kizziah was introduced as the company’s new CEO; and on May 15 Erin Malone was introduced as Lodestone’s new chief revenue officer. The addition of Donoso brings the seasoned technical capacity to design and deliver new innovations that will fuel the company’s future.
