Updated Speaker List  For IIC UK Chapter Meeting Ready

The International Institute of Communications (IIC’s) UK Chapter meeting next week hosted by Squire Patton Boggs and taking place on Wednesday, November 15, in London, is gathering momentum as the list of confirmed speakers has been unveiled.

The meeting will carry out ‘A review of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill: The ‘current state of play’ on the establishment of the DMU and a review of the bills’ provisions relating to payments from digital platforms to news content providers.

Issues on the agenda include but are not limited to:

  • Update on progress on the establishment of the DMU within the CMA
  • To discuss the proposals in the Digital Markets and Consumer bill regarding payments from digital platforms to news content providers.
