AIS CISO Pepijn Kok Appointed Cybersecurity Advisor To The Secretary-General At NCSA Thailand
The Chief Information Security Officer of Advanced Info Services Plc., Pepijn Kok has been appointed as a Cybersecurity Advisor to the Secretary-General at the National Cyber Security Agency in Thailand.
Pepijn shared the news in a LinkedIn post stating, “I’m happy to share that I have been appointed as Cybersecurity advisor to the Secretary-General at National Cyber Security Agency (Thailand)!”
Pepijn is a consulting executive, with over 20 years of international experience in cyber, risk and control. Having worked at and provided service to multiple global Fortune 500 and leading financial services groups, his career has been extensive.
Currently the CISO of AIS for the past one and a half years, he was the Director of Cyber Security Advisory for KPMG Thailand for a year. Prior to that, he was the Director at PwC Thailand for nearly two years.
Before this, Pepijn worked in security, governance, and risk management for some of the most reputed firms such as Siam Commercial Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, NTT Com Security, IBM, Capgemini, ING, Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers, and many others.
In his additional role, he will lend his cybersecurity expertise gained in the tenure of his career directly to the Secretary-General of NCSA Thailand.
