Speakers And Themes Unveiled For IIC LAC Forum 15-17 May, Panama

The International Institute of Communications (IIC) is at the point ofputting the finishing touches to its discussions in Panama City next month as moderators and speakers are being confirmed and assigned to sessions.  This is according to a heads-up obtained from the Director-General at IIC, Ms. Lynn Robinson.
