Pinnatech Chairman Assures More Innovative Technology Solutions To Businesses, Organisations

The Chairman, Pinnatech Group, Dr Christopher Ndubuisi, also known as Ikenga Umuawulu, has assured Nigerian business owners and organisations of the provision for more innovative technology solutions.

Some of these innovative technologies like software development, cloud computing and enterprise solutions will help companies leverage technology for their operations and improve productivity.

In a statement released to journalists in Awka, Anambra State, through Pinnatech Public Relations Unit, the Anambra born philanthropist gave the assurance during his recent conferment as the Champion Newspapers’ 2023 Manufacturer of the Year at the newspaper’s annual awards ceremony held in Lagos State.

Dr. Ndubuisi who has established scholarship programmes and donated funds to support educational institutions and provide financial assistance to underprivileged students,  added that

“Pinnatech Group Nigeria aims to be at the forefront of technological advancements in Nigeria and Africa as a whole”.

Conferring the award on Dr. Ndubuisi at the ceremony, Former Governor Of Cross River State, Benedict Ayade, said  Chris Ndubuisi had distinguished himself as an exceptional Nigerian job creator who had continued to create opportunities for Nigerians Particularly in the technology space.

“PinnaTech has contributed to job creation in Nigeria’s ICT sector. By establishing their operations and investing in the development of the sector, they have provided employment opportunities for ICT professionals and contributed to the growth of the Nigerian economy.

“The group has also collaborated with various organizations and government agencies in Nigeria to promote ICT development. They have partnered with universities, research institutions, and non-profit organizations to support research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the ICT sector.”

Ayade added that “PinnaTech Group’s contributions have been instrumental in driving the growth and development of the ICT sector in Nigeria, improving connectivity, creating employment opportunities, and fostering innovation in the industry”.

Responding shortly after receiving the award, Dr Christopher Ndubuisi who attended the event with a retinue of associates, friends and family members said, “I dedicate this award to my wonderful family, staff and associates who have contributed so much to my current position.”

Earlier, the Group Managing Director/ Editor-in-Chief of Champion Newspaper, Dr Iheakanwa Nwadiuto said the award event is “structured to serve as a tonic to the efforts, dedication and tenacity of purpose of persons, institutions and organisations who have over the years consciously made sacrifices in advancing the fortunes of the Nigerian nation and her people.”

She said, “the awardees are the calibre of people and institutions that Nigeria needs to get better and bigger,” and in the same breath, called on the political class to reconsider the issue of a single term of five years to enable elected public servants to focus on governance instead of seeking re-election.

Other prominent Nigerians who received award at the event include Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, Anambra State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, represented by the Deputy Governor, amongst others

Some of the dignitaries who graced the event included Brigadier- General Buba Marwa, DG NDLEA, Prof Obiora Okonkwo of United Nigerian Air, Dr Kennedy Okonkwo.
