The transaction follows the signing of the agreements, which took place on December 13, and the obtaining of all the necessary authorizations, including that of the Golden Power. With this transaction, Exprivia strengthens its position in the Italian ICT market, creating a group with 4,000 employees and a consolidated turnover of more than 330 million euros(US$315.6 million).
One of the central elements of the group’s growth path will be artificial intelligence, destined to become transversal both in business development and in the entire offer intended for the markets covered. In addition to natural language processing applications, for example, Exprivia is already applying AI in the field of process optimization, visors and wearable sensors.
