OTT technology provider and aggregator ODMedia has opened a new office to serve the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Based in Dubaï, UAE, the new office will be headed up by Fatme Kayed, who has previously worked for companies including Fanar Production, My-HD Media FZ, and Qtelmedia FZ, developing their businesses in the region.
The MENA branch joins a growing roster of international offices for the Dutch content services and processing company, including in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, Benelux, South Africa, and Scandinavia.
ODMedia has strategic partnerships with the major global OTT platforms and has been awarded preferred partner status by iTunes and is a Netflix preferred fulfilment partner. In addition to offering technical-delivery services, the company acts as an aggregator for the major platforms, providing digital-rights management, monetisation, target audience development and cross-promotion. It also manages linear and non-linear channel playout for SVOD, AVOD and TVOD.
