Ken Cordes has been named as CEO of the newly merged technology group combining Triax and Ikusi Multimedia.
Hornsyld, Denmark-based Triax’s board of directors has appointed Cordes to the position of CEO of the company, taking up his position on 20 September.
Cordes, an American native, has been based in Denmark since 2007 and has an executive background in technical industries, with a focus on converting customer needs and market trends into value-adding products and solutions for partners, customers and end-users, according to Triax.
He will lead the combined organisation formed following the merger between Triax and Klode Media, the former Multimedia business unit of Ikusi.
Chairman of Triax, Ramon Sotomayor said, “We’re delighted to welcome Ken to Triax.
