Canal+-owned Thema and iQiyi have partnered for a commercial launch in the UK and Ireland on Netgem TV.
Based out of Beijing, iQiyi is a leader in the Asian streaming market with over 106 million paid subscribers across 191 territories worldwide.
The streamer recently announced a partnership with Thema to launch its service worldwide. This rollout on Netgem TV represents the first launch of this partnership. Netgem TV’s service is currently subscribed to by 3 million homes in the UK and Ireland.
