Proposal To Apply Code Powers To Converged Communication Solutions Limited And 4 Fibre Limited

UK TMT sector regulator, Ofcom has published consultations on applying the Electronic Communications Code to Converged Communications Solutions Limited and 4 Fibre Limited under section 107(4) of the Communications Act 2003.
The Code is designed to facilitate the installation and maintenance of an electronic communications network, conferring rights which result in simplified planning procedures.
These consultations close on January 13 2022.
