The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has published a Federal Register Notice announcing a further extension of its COVID-19 Prioritized Examination Pilot Programme.
According to USPTO, only requests that are compliant with the programme’s requirements and are filed on or before June 30, will be accepted.
