By Clifford Agugoesi, Editor-in-Chief

The International Institute of Communications(IIC)has concluded plans to welcome, in-person, members and associates to its annual policy and regulatory discussions in Miami, Florida, USA. Accordingly, it has released a powerful list of speakers that  potentially could bait attendees to the webinar.  This heads-up is contained in an IIC communication sighted by our correspondent that has the signature of the Director-General at IIC, Lynn Robinson.

The communication reads in part: ”We are continuing to register speakers and delegates who are eager to get back to face-to-face interaction with their peers from the region and expect more than 20 countries to be represented.

We will be continuing our signature combination of senior level international debate and sharing of experiences in a neutral, collegiate environment, under the Chatham House Rule. Regulators, policy makers, industry and civil society will  gather to discuss the challenges and opportunities posed by digital transformation – whether it be from the networks or services side of the debate.”

IIC has said there will be Spanish / English simultaneous translation.
