Adult entertainment brand Penthouse has announced the appointment of video industry veteran Tony Cochi as its president of worldwide broadcasting.
Cochi is charged with overseeing all worldwide broadcast operations for Penthouse and its other brands including Bang Bros.
The executive has spent the past decade in the adult industry with companies such as Vivid Entertainment – where he brought the brand to TV – and Hustler. Prior to that he spent more than seven years at Cablevision and more than 15 at Warner Bros. in the 80s and 90s.
Cochi said: “Penthouse is an iconic brand. When we think of the most iconic names in adult – the names Penthouse, Playboy and Hustler are the ones that always come to mind.
“I’m excited about joining the Penthouse team and working closely with everyone. I did my part expanding the Hustler brand on TV worldwide, and now I look forward to doing that with Penthouse and the other brands it represents – including expanding the distribution internationally as well.”
Penthouse CEO Brian Moose Lynn said: “Having worked with Tony Cochi for a decade as a colleague in the field, most notably as a partner with the Hustler brand, I’ve witnessed firsthand how amazing he is at what he does. Now I’m really looking forward to joining forces and bringing that same magic to Penthouse. It is our incredible privilege to welcome Tony to the Penthouse family.”
