Hong Kong Privacy Commissioners Monitoring Generative AI Developments

Webster said he probably has more questions “than I currently have answers for,” but did note ChatGPT and AI are covered under the Privacy Act.

  • Editor’s Note: IAPP Staff Writer Jennifer Bryant reported on the concerns generative AI technologies raise around data collection, use and privacy.
