Benola Cerebral Palsy Initiative Closes Invitations To Potential Palliative Beneficiaries

The promoters of Benola Cerebral Palsy Initiative August 14, 2020, brought to a close the process of extending invitations to potential beneficiaries for cash palliatives in commemoration of Benola’s 8th National Cerebral Palsy Family Forum.

The Founder/CEO of the Initiative, Air Vice Marshal(Rtd) Femi Gbadebo took to his WhatsAPP handle  to announce the close of invitations as well as express gratitude to donors.  AVM Gbadebo wrote:“…Meanwhile, to the Glory of God, we have raised the sum of ₦3,815,000:00 or 95.3% of our target from 126 Donors, which is enough for 190 families while applications are in excess of 250 out which we have identified 197 eligible beneficiaries and awaiting response from 12 others whose pictures or information had issues.

“In addition, 3 families have 2 CP children each and we are considering them for extra palliatives. In view of the above, Benola will cover the balance of funds plus about ₦11,000:00 in Bank Charges for a total of 200 Transfers. Additional details will be communicated by Monday 17th August 2020 when we start the pay out.
