Excitement is mounting as the Communications Policy & Regulation Week organized by the International Institute of Communications( IIC) draws near. A heads-up from the Director-General at IIC, Ms. Lynn Robinson says the IIC President Isolde Goggin and NBTC Chairman Professor Sarana Boonbaichaiyapruck are looking forward to welcoming everyone to the vibrant city of Bangkok.
Sarana Boonbaichaiyapruck is a Clinical Professor and Chairman, The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand (NBTC) while Isolde Goggin is the President, International Institute of Communications and a Former Chairperson, Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of Ireland (CCPC).
