The Joint Research Centre of the Digital Economy Unit of the European Commission has issued an open call for applications for the position of Research Fellow in Economics of Digital Innovation, Cyber Era NG learns, following a heads-up from Don Romaniuk of the ITS Secretariat.
We understand that the current vacancy is with the Digital Economy Unit of the Directorate for Digital Transformation and Data.
The Unit studies the current and emerging facets of digital transformation, and its impacts on the European economy, society and environment, in support of EU digital policies. In particular, the unit provides techno-socio-economic research on the impacts and strategic role of digital technologies, data and digital platforms for the economy and society, as well as on digital skills and the modernisation of the public sector.
