Communications Data Group (CDG) has announced that a fiber-focused service provider headquartered in Moncks Corner, SC, Home Telecom has selected CDG’s cloud-based BSS/OSS solutions for subscriber management and billing, MBS, and carrier access and interconnect, BDS-I.
