Mile Corrigan Continues Wash100 Award Streak By Leading Noblis To Major Federal Contracts
Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce the selection of Noblis President and CEO Mile Corrigan to the 2025 class of the Wash100 Award, a prestigious accolade given out annually to the 100 most influential and impactful members of the government and the government contracting industry in recognition of their achievements and in anticipation of future contributions.
A Powerhouse in Federal Tech and Innovation
2025 marks the third straight year that Corrigan has been bestowed the honor. This year, Noblis’ chief executive is being recognized for leading her organization to multiple key federal contracts.

Defense Contract Wins
With Corrigan at the helm, Noblis was chosen by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as a prime contractor on its US$4 billion Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction program indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The purpose of the programme is to disincentivize the pursuit and possession of WMDs. It also seeks to mitigate existing as well as emerging WMD threats.
The contract calls for the procurement, engineering and sustainment of technologies that can support the program. The IDIQ has a base period of five years and comes with five option years.
Regarding the deal, Corrigan said, “Combating the proliferation and use of WMDs is key for this critical DTRA programme and ultimately, our national and global security. As an organization dedicated to advancing national security through science and technology, Noblis understands this and the unique challenges, requirements and complexities that come with it.”
One of the company’s subsidiaries, Noblis MSD, also secured a spot on the Naval Sea Systems Command’s 2024 USV Family of Systems multiple award IDIQ contract. The five-year, US$982 million deal calls for the development and maintenance of unmanned surface vehicle systems and subsystems, including those handling mission support and autonomy and vehicle control. The same contract also covers ashore and host platform elements and logistics and sustainment.
“This contract taps directly into recent innovations from our Noblis Sponsored Research programme, which develops new technologies, methods and solutions to advance our customers’ mission needs,” Corrigan said, adding, “Our team offers the cross-functional capacity to deliver breakthrough solutions based on that research.”
Federal Civilian Awards
Apart from defense contracts, Noblis also secured, through 2024, awards in support of federal civilian agencies.
The company secured a spot on the FBI’s US$8 billion Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation multiple-award blanket purchase agreement. The largest IT contract vehicle established by the FBI, the ITSSS-2 BPA enables the agency to procure IT products and services in a streamlined manner.
“As the only nonprofit awardee, this win positions Noblis as a key partner for the FBI and the entire Department of Justice. We are excited to contribute advanced technical capabilities to help drive the FBI’s law enforcement and intelligence missions,” Corrigan commented.
Noblis was also awarded the Federal Aviation Administration’s US$709 million Air Traffic Engineering and Programme Support II unrestricted IDIQ contract, which calls for a variety of services to support the FAA Programme Management Organization. The services covered by ATEPS II include engineering, cybersecurity, performance analysis, logistics and programme management.
Regarding the deal, Corrigan said, “This contract provides us the opportunity to apply our technical, programmatic and engineering expertise to deliver on the Air Traffic Organization mission of creating a seamless and robust aviation system.”
The company was awarded a spot on the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health’s US$500 million Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support multiple-award IDIQ as well. Work under the contract will support the advancement of various ARPA-H initiatives.
