Nokia Files Its Annual Form 20-F For 2019 With The US SEC

Nokia has filed its annual Form 20-F for 2019 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as well as published its “Nokia in 2019” annual report, which includes audited financial statements, the annual review by the Board of Directors and Nokia’s corporate governance statement.

In addition, Nokia has published its Remuneration Policy applicable to the Board of Directors and the President and CEO. This policy will be presented to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020.
