Mike Whittaker, who oversaw the launch of the Outernet London immersive arts and culture district in summer 2022, has joined Telstra Broadcast Services as chief operating officer.
Outernet London’s founding chief technology officer Mike Whittaker has joined an Australian provider of broadcast and streaming services.
Whittaker has been appointed chief operating officer at Sydney-based Telstra Broadcast Services.
He left Outernet London in September after three years and nine months with the company.
During his time there, he oversaw the opening of the immersive arts and culture district, which is said to be the world’s largest LED canvas by pixel density.
