Oxford Business Group has announced its partnership with Oman Health Exhibition & Conference which will be held on September 18 -20, 2023, at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Sultanate of Oman.
Oman Health Exhibition & Conference (OHEC) is the Sultanate of Oman’s largest event for healthcare and medical industry held in partnership with Oman Ministry of Health. OHEC provides a conducive platform for businesses to interact with business customers and end consumers from the healthcare, medical tourism, hospital, and medical infrastructure industry.
The 3-day exhibition and conference present opportunities to showcase healthcare products and offer insights into medical services. With heavy investments in the health sector over the last decade, the Sultanate of Oman aims to create a modern sustainable health care system.
To continue focus on improving quality of care, the healthcare expenditure in Oman is forecast to grow at a CAGR of 4.7 per cent between 2022 and 2027 to reach US$ 6.1 billion, the fastest in the GCC region. OHEC is closely aligned with the Oman Vision 2050 plan which focuses on ensuring excellent health and productivity of the nation’s citizens through establishment of a well-organized, equitable, efficient, and responsive healthcare system.
