The result of an eight-year collaboration with VHA Home Healthcare, a Toronto-based homecare provider, HERO is a robust digital reporting and digital forms solution allowing the full transition from paper to electronic charting.

With clinical forms and assessments already created and in daily use throughout the province of Ontario, home care provider agencies can save valuable resource time by not having to create new documentation.
HERO features such as customizable ‘Triggers’ can be created to ensure clinical best practices are adhered to and ‘Pixalere Generated Referrals’ can be customized to notify clinicians of changes in the patient’s medical condition.
